A brief overview of the Study and Prevention
of Psychological Diseases (SPED)
Foundation
-
1. What are the aims and objectives of the
SPED Foundation?
SPED is a not for profit Foundation who’s aims
are for public benefit and charitable purposes. SPED promotes the detection, prevention and control of
psychological diseases in human beings, therefore setting out
to ultimately create the Ideal Human Environment
(IHE).
SPED is registered as a deductible
gift recipient with the Australian Taxation Office and
therefore all donations made to SPED are fully tax
deductible.
2. What does the SPED
Foundation do?
As sure as taxes have to be paid, we can also be
sure people have always been in conflict.
For 950,000 years, humans have always
ultimately solved their conflicts by engaging in
war.
Humans have traditionally solved their conflicts
by literally eliminating the people they have conflicts with.
They kill them if they can!
The
one constant, plain reality of humanity’s existence is that
they expend more energy in the act of killing each other than
any other task.
This stark and hard to believe reality
puts humanity into a psychological state of their own. This
makes the human animal the only species that has an inherent
psychological flaw as a natural trait.
Even though
most people are not consciously aware of it, humanity has a
real psychological flaw, simply by being human.
The
SPED Foundation was therefore specifically set up in
an
endeavour to solve this pandemic psychological flaw
(state) humans have naturally been endowed
with.
3. How did you set up the SPED
research?
We could conduct a research for eight hours a
day. Just like a
normal working day, we could start at 9am and finish the
research at 5pm, to recommence the next morning. Then we could go home for the
next sixteen hours, five days a week and have the weekends
off.
The
format of the above research would only study the
behaviour
of people for eight hours a day. What occurs in
people’s
behaviour
for the sixteen hours they are in their own natural
environment at home?
How do they act with their families, children, wives
and husbands? How
do they experience marriage stresses, speeding fines or mowing
lawns etc? And
what do they do on the weekends?
The SPED research wanted to know about the
behaviour of people 24 x 7. How do people really behave in all aspects of normal
living?
In the average family there are more
opportunities for natural conflict to arise and people act
more freely. How
does the average family deal with these emotionally charged
issues?
4.
What is the one most significant essence of a social
group?
We realized that the essence and foundation of
any society is the family
unit.
To
delve deeper and more realistically into the psychological
(emotional) flaw of humanity, the research needed to study and
document the
behaviour of
families full-time, in their natural state, 24 x
7.
5.
Why 24x7 research?
If the research was not conducted in everyday
real-life situations and for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
then the actual issues of humanity’s psychological flaws may
have never be discovered. Do people behave
differently or do they behave the same at work as they do at
home? Humanity
‘behaves’ 24 hours a day. The research
needed to be set up as a full-time research, 24 x
7.
6. What
does the SPED Foundation aim to achieve by such a unique
and
real-life research?
The
SPED Foundation wanted to discover immutable laws which, when
implemented, would practically create a social environment
where war was not the end result of conflict between
humans.
War is obviously and unequivocally the worst
possible human environment. Humanity has been in
this environment for as long as there have been
people.
The fundamental aim of the SPED Foundation
research was to discover laws, which could create the opposite
to the worst human environment. We wanted to discover and
trial laws which would create the Ideal Human Environment
(IHE).
7. What is the fundamental premise of the
SPED Research?
The fundamental premise of the SPED research was
based on the fact that ‘bad’ laws create the worst possible
human environment.
Therefore, if we could research and discover ideal laws
which apply to natural human nature (NHN) then we could create
the IHE. To find
ideal laws to create the IHE, we needed by necessity, to study
groups of families in their natural state, 24 x 7.
8.
Why study families and why 24 hours, 7 days a
week?
Many more conflicts arise in families and
between families than anywhere else in a social group. If we could find
between five to ten family groups to participate in a
real-life research, this would create the laboratory. To be a realistic research,
we had to document everything families (people) go through in
all vicissitudes of normal existence.
It seems axiomatic that the larger the group of
people, the more opportunity for conflict issues to
arise. If the
research group could solve all their conflicts, we could then
put the laws that worked to further tests. Therefore the
reason why family groups were studied is twofold:
a) the family unit is the fundamental structure
of any society.
b) there are many more conflicts between family
members than other groups of people. This would also give us more
opportunity to solve conflicts and study the psychological
flaw which is inherent in all humans.
9. How does the SPED
Foundation Research finance such a large and comprehensive
study?
SPED has always been privately funded. In the initial stages
of the research it was impossible to raise funds to pay for
such a comprehensive venture.
We either had to abolish the idea of ever
continuing the research to discover the IHE, or we had to find
a unique way of raising finance.
It was suggested that it may be possible to
treat the whole group of families involved in the research as
one big family group.
They could pool 100% of their money and
resources from their normal everyday jobs and sustain the
research that way.
It was well understood that this would create
more conflicts.
Indeed the whole research was fundamentally set in
motion to discover how all conflicts could be solved. If we were ever
to discover ‘ideal’ laws to create an ‘ideal’ human society,
we needed to have conflicts.
10. What are a few examples of fundraising
projects?
In
order to road test the validity of laws discovered, we
deliberately placed ourselves in physically and emotionally
demanding living conditions to test our ability to resolve
conflicts in the most challenging
environments.
·
Some
researchers worked as a team on the M7 Motorway construction
project, while others were back up teams ie accounting,
mechanical, financial, legal etc.
·
The team purchased
El Questro, a million acre
cattle station in the remote Kimberley ranges and ran it
successfully for approximately ten years. Most of the
researchers had never lived away from civilisation or mustered
wild bulls!
·
The research team worked at a
BHP Billiton coal mine in Blackwater in 45 degree searing
heat over a six month duration. Some of the challenges
involved inexperienced middle-age housewives driving 40 tonne
Moxy trucks, Rollers, Compactors and other heavy duty
construction machinery. The rest of the
researchers backed up the
team.
·
Research team members gained varying employment
positions throughout Australia and overseas creating the
challenge of distance conflict resolution. Conflicts were
mediated using phone, computer technology and satellite
phones.
·
The research team has been involved in various
farming and land management projects in different states of
Australia.
·
The research team have operated a chain of
multi- disciplinary health
clinics.
·
The research team has established and is now
running law firms in a number of Australian States.
·
The research team has operated a host of other
businesses. The challenges included working together,
selecting leaders, finding those best suited to specific
tasks, managing employees, funding and finance.
11. Did this pooling of 100% of all
funds create issues?
In plain and simple
terms; yes it did create enormous conflicts. But it also
created fertile grounds for issues (conflict) that most people
in the world never ever solve. If we could solve these
conflicts, we could then have a definite idea of what laws to
eliminate and what laws to use. Pooling all the families’
resources provided a practical and real-life situation to test
the IHE laws.
12. Did the above method of
pooling 100% of money earned actually solve the SPED
Foundation’s financial issues?
Amazingly enough, by placing 100% of all
earnings into one pool for research, ultimately it did solve
the Foundation’s financial issues. Not of course without
innumerable emotional issues that had to be continually and
equitably solved.
With the help of all the
various members’ business experience, the whole research was
run, and still runs, on equitable and sound business
principles, which we discovered in our research the hard
way.
13. Has the SPED Foundation
research actually discovered ideal laws for human governance
(the IHE)? And if
so, has the IHE been created within the research
group?
The research has now been in progress
for about forty years.
Yes, we have discovered the ideal laws with which
humans can govern themselves. With these ideal laws
the IHE has been created.
The SPED Foundation has now been perfecting this
social technology (IHE) for more than three decades.
The SPED
Foundation has documented and is practically using the most
advanced social technology (the IHE laws) anywhere on
earth. The
researchers (the research group, families and children) have
discovered, and are practically living in the
IHE.
Because of the courageous group of people
conducting this research, the future for humanity is not
bleak. Now, humanity’s psychological flaw need not be a
barrier to establishing an ideal society. By
using the IHE, what had never been possible before can now be
a reality for enduring peace.
Many people around the world, who are using the
IHE laws, know independently that the IHE is possible because
they use the IHE laws.
The laws discovered are ideal
and can be applied to any group of people anywhere on
earth. The IHE
laws can be applied to any religious or cultural group in the
world. Whatever social group uses the IHE laws or principles
in their everyday life, ultimately physical conflict is
eliminated and definitely war is not the end result of
conflict.
14. Briefly describe laws the SPED
Foundation teach people wishing to create the IHE.
To answer very briefly there are really only six
immutable laws to practically undertake. These six headings are
called the 6 P’s.
Under these headings there are twenty paradigm shifts
to understand, therefore 6 x 20.
The 6P’s (immutable laws) are:
1st P: Know the
Planet on which you live.
2nd P: Know existence is
all about People.
3rd P: Know that every
person’s Perception is naturally flawed, therefore it
is humanity’s psychological
flaw.
4th P: Know that the
most fundamental issue for people is with
Power.
5th P: Know that
everyone has a natural Position in life (on this
planet).
6th P: Know that living
is about Pecuniary energy (the energy of
money).
15. Can we be
sure that these six laws and twenty paradigm shifts will
create the IHE?
Unlike other human laws or principles, the
IHE laws have not been based on arbitrary, moral, religious or
cultural predilections.
The IHE laws have been based on physics,
which correspond with the natural psychology of human beings,
Natural Human Nature (NHN).
The 6 x 20 discoveries are a social foundation,
like a foundation of a multi-story building. If the foundations (laws) are sound, based on precise
principles of physics, any amount of levels can be built on
that foundation and it should not crack or
collapse.
Likewise, if the human laws are sound, based on
NHN (correspond to the actual human psychology) a society will
never experience pandemic crime or
war.
Therefore, the SPED research team can guarantee
that the IHE is possible. They stand behind their empirical knowledge by putting
their money and their integrity where their mouth is. The
researchers categorically state that anyone, anywhere using
the 6 x 20 discoveries will experience the
IHE.
16. What
social areas has the research focused
on?
From the beginning SPED specifically
focused their research in three fundamental areas of society
as follows;
1.By
applying the IHE laws in a family group the Ideal Family
Environment (IFE) was created.
2.
By applying the IHE laws in a work environment
the Ideal Work Environment (IWE) was
created.
3.
By applying the IHE laws in the school
classroom environment, the Ideal Learning Environment (ILE)
was created.
17. Does the IHE research
have a religious inclination?
By definition, a religion has a very clear and set
dogma that must be adhered to. As the IHE research
name implies, it is a social research experiment!
18. What is the future of
the SPED Foundation research?
Providing the present financial arrangement
remains in place, and we have committed volunteer researchers,
the research will be on-going.
At present, our social technology is the most
advanced on earth.
To our knowledge, no society has ever been able to
create an IHE in all of known human history. In fact,
humanity’s ignoble history is ample proof that war has been
the only and ultimate means of conflict resolution. Incredibly enough, we are
still using that technology (war) at present to solve our
problems; only it is much more murderous.
With sufficient funding and with the present
dedicated research team, the SPED Foundation research is
committed, in the near future, to sharing it’s
state-of-the-art findings (social technology) with the
world.
Now, humanity’s psychological flaw need not be
the excuse for the absence of lasting
peace.
